The space between the dream and the destination, that middle is where the confidence shakes. Where the numbers don’t add up yet. Where people question you - and worse, you question yourself. Late nights, early mornings, second-guessing, praying, grinding, and asking yourself if you’re crazy for believing in something no one else can see yet.
This brand was re-born in that space. We had an idea, a vision, and a the dream for the rebrand (from Vixen Industries) and then we hit the "middle." How the hell is it going to get it to the destination of success? It seemed so far and so unattainable that it was debilitating. Quitting would’ve made far more sense than continuing, and it got thought of from time to time. But deep down, that's not who we are. And that's the exact opposite of what the brand even stands for!! The fear of quitting and turning to a 9-5 job and someone else keeping my kids all day, was louder than the fear of keeping going.
There comes a point in life where you realize waiting to be “ready” is just another way to stay stuck. Another excuse. Another delay on the life you know you’re supposed to live. And one I was stuck in for longer than I'd like to admit.
This brand is being built in uncertainty, not clarity. And a whole lot of "flying by the seat of our pants."
This isn’t about clothing.
It’s about choosing grit over excuses. Starting before you’re ready. Faith in uncertainty, and betting on yourself when it makes no sense. To keep grinding and going... because you deserve to see what happens when all of your hard work pays off.
